Alicia Ivory started working as a part-time receptionist in April of 2013, and she has played an integral part in the continued growth of Simmons & Associates. Her dedication to the client experience and the overall satisfaction of the clients and employees of the firm has made her an integral part of the team.
She currently is the Director of Business and Client Relations. Managing vendor relations, client expectations and day to day operations of Simmons & Associates are a few of her primary responsibilities.
Alicia’s background in customer service and marketing as well as her desire to help others, make her an advocate for the client as well as for the business.
Alicia is a wife and a mother to an ever-growing son. She is involved in the Relief Society and Young Women’s organizations at her church along with other volunteer organizations like Oklahoma Lawyers for Children. She is dedicated to serving others and making sure that the lights are on and the clients are happy at the end of each day.
